Soji Solar Lantern
Whether you are looking for unique lighting for an outdoor celebration or just beautiful lighting for your landscaping Allsop Home and Garden has an interesting selection that can light up the night in eco-friendly style.
Allsop has a beautiful selection of hanging solar lanterns, hand blown glass string lights, even solar votives- elegant enough for a wedding yet casual enough for any outdoor party these aren’t your garden variety solar lights.
Soji solar lanterns glow without the hassle of electrical cords or the worry of candles. The elegant festival-style lanterns open like an accordion, collect sunlight all day and turn themselves on at dusk. They will cast a beautiful glow on your garden party or patio.
Aurora Glow hand blown glass solar string lights come as a set of six on a 25-foot string. The lights combine the beauty of glow in the dark crystals with solar power. You can nestle these beauties among the greenery of an arbor, in an archway, or even in a tree. You can also wrap them around a deck railing. The Aurora Glow string lights turn themselves on at dusk and off at dawn. Each one of the six hand-blown glass globes contains a high powered white LED and each set comes with a 5″ x 5″ solar panel. The solar panel is equipped with its own removable planting stake for positioning into the ground. You can also affix the panel to a hard surface without the planting stake. For optimum brightness, the solar collector should be in full daylight as much as possible.
If you want the beautiful glow of candles without the fire hazard then the moon drops or solar votives are perfect for you. These flickering beauties offer the same soothing glow as candles without a flame. The solar votives are hand blown glass votives embedded with solar panels and LEDs. Talk about adding a beautiful glow to your garden…wow. The solar votives would look stunning on tables or nestled among the flowers. The Moon Drops look almost like an ordinary tea light candle until you look close. These crafty flameless candles are 3 x 2.25 inches and are powered by 3 AAA rechargeable batteries that come with the Moon Drops. Use these candles indoors or out without worry. Perfect for weddings, open houses and birthday parties.
I had the chance to sample two different styles of the beautiful lanterns and one of the Moon Drops…they make me want a whole bunch of them to light up my outdoor world. They are simple, yet so beautiful and elegant. I wish I had a patio to hang the lanterns around. They look so festive and inviting. Honestly not only do they make me want a patio, they make me want to throw a party just to show off the lighting.

These are gorgeous! It’s nice to see a well-designed, modern solar lantern instead of the typical look.

Well, I have seen many examples for solar lighting systems on parking lots, pathways, parks, campus areas or even on billboards. It is more economic, quite easy to obtain and install. To have hanging solar lanterns in the garden or just somewhere outdoor is perfect idea. It is never too soon to start saving money in terms of energy costs!
