Profile: I grew up in Colorado and went to school in New York and Chicago (I have a bachelors in English and Spanish, a Masters in Political Science and a Masters in Education), and I lived in Hawaii until moving to Florida with my wife, daughter, and two cats. I became very interested in eating organically and alternative medicine after meeting my wife, and became a vegetarian for awhile (until I started to eat fish again). Our daughter was born at home with the help of a midwife, motivating us to find the best way to raise her to be as healthy and happy as possible.
